If you have not found the information you require on the CENIA website, please use the EnviHELP environmental helpdesk. EnviHELP is an information system used to provide information in selected environmental fields. In the system it is possible to search for an answer to a query in the knowledge base or to enter a new query. The system assigns the query to the appropriate expert in the environmental field who will prepare the answer.
In accordance with Act No. 106/1999 Coll., on free access to information and Act No. 123/1998 Coll., on the right to environmental information, information is provided on the basis of oral, written or electronic requests.

The size of one data message can be max. 20 MB.
(A data message is not accepted if it cannot be displayed, contains an incorrect format or contains malicious code that may cause damage to the information system).
A contact point can be used to submit a request for information, a proposal, a complaint, a suggestion or any other request. In the event of a failure to comply, an appeal may be lodged.
Reimbursement of costs:
- Pursuant to Section 17(1) of Act No. 106/1999 Coll., on free access to information, the obliged entity may request payment for an exceptionally extensive search for information.
- Upon notification of the amount of the requested fee to be charged in connection with the provision of the information, the applicant shall confirm that he/she agrees to the payment.
- If the fee for information provided to one applicant does not exceed CZK 100, it may be provided free of charge.
- For each hour of work completed, a rate of CZK 340 will be charged.
- An hourly rate of CZK 480 shall be charged for the handling of data.
- An hourly rate of CZK 740 is charged for expert work.
- The price for 1 piece of data carrier is determined individually according to the type of carrier and the current market price.
- The transport fee is not included in the above mentioned charges. Shipping costs are charged according to the current postal price list.
- CENIA is not a VAT payer.
