Czech Environmental Information Agency (CENIA) has concluded a long-term cooperation agreement with the Slovak Environment Agency (SAŽP). The agreement builds on previous partial cooperation between the two professional organisations.
The aim of the agreement is to create a framework for close cooperation in the field of scientific research, education, consultation, implementation of directives and to support the transfer of expertise from practice to teaching within accredited study programmes.
Specifically, the cooperation activities will focus on the establishment and operation of a scientific research incubator, particularly in the field of environmental safety and circular economy. Both sides may carry out internships using the professional capacities of both institutions to streamline the agenda, as well as carry out scientific research projects or participate in academic papers and their evaluation.
Both agencies also have the right to use the title “Partner of Czech Environmental Information Agency” or “Partner of Slovak Environment Agency”.
